Open Internet Explorer and copy and paste the FTP address into your web browser (be sure the "Enable Folder View For FTP Sites" box is checked under the advanced internet options tab).

Enter the login and password information once. Then you will then need to login again by going to the file menu and clicking on "Login As". Once login is completed, the main screen will display two folders ("incoming" and "outgoing"). Double click on the "incoming" folder. Create a new folder by clicking on the file menu, selecting "New", and then "Folder". Please name the folder with your assigned BDM Project #. If you do not have a BDM Project #, then please use your first and last name.

Once your BDM Project folder has been created you will then have the ability to click, drag and drop files from your computer to this folder.

Please let us know in advance if you are uploading projects larger than 400MB to our server. Also please be sure to contact us once your upload has been completed.
