The "key" to our success is communication. Our Engineers are always available to answer questions via email or phone. We want our clients to be involved in the process and feel that their personal style is incorporated in the final Mixing or Mastering project. Most Mixing or Mastering Engineers will advise you to listen to your final project for a week to decide if you are satisfied; however, Black Mastering Studio doesn't feel that a week is a long enough time span. We advise all clients to take up to 30 days to listen, and if you are not satisfied, we will continue to work until you are satisfied (at no additonal charge).

Black Dog Mastering Studio wants you to know up front what your total cost for a project will be....which is why we charge per song, rather than by the hour. These prices include shipping back to you and full data backup in our archive library. Upon request we will send you an Mp3 of your project. Mp3 files are great for sending via email, posting on a web site, or for additional backup on your hard drive. We offer this service at no additional charge.
